Inferno Hot Pilates (IHP) is a full-body workout that combines Pilates principles with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) in a heated studio, usually at around 95 degrees. The workout is designed to strengthen and tone muscles, increase flexibility, burn fat, and improve overall fitness. IHP focuses on core strength, balance, and coordination while maintaining a strong mind-body connection. The heat and humidity help to increase circulation, promote sweating, and aid in detoxification.

26 & 2 consists of 26 Hatha Yoga postures and 2 breathing exercises performed in a room heated to 105 degrees with 40 percent humidity. This is a one hour class.
